Shipping Choices

We offer different shipping options, including USPS and UPS, depending on your location and preferences. You will receive your tracking number once your order is processed. In-stock orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days and typically take 2-3 days for delivery within the United States. Please be aware that occasional shipping delays may occur. If you notice anything unusual with your tracking information, don't hesitate to contact us.


Responsibility for Loss or Damage During Transit

Design by Echo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of items once they are delivered to the carrier. Insurance for shipments is available only upon the customer's request and will be at the customer's expense.

International Shipping Disclaimer

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that the destination country or region may impose import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees upon the recipient. These charges are typically levied when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country or region. It's important to note that any customs clearance charges must be handled by the recipient, as Design By Echo has no control over or advance knowledge of these costs.


Customs regulations and policies vary widely among different countries. For specific information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please be mindful that customs clearance procedures, when necessary, may lead to delays beyond our original delivery estimates. These delays are not included in our shipping time frames.


We are NOT responsible for abandoned packages being sent back to us, in the case it gets lost.


In-Person Guidance


We understand that buying wigs online can be a challenging, especially for those new to the world of wigs. We're pleased to offer the option of in-person consultations at our San Diego shop. Echo is well-versed in all things wigs and is ready to help you with sizing, trying on wigs, and finding the match for you.

If you are unable to come in to our location we offer virtual appointments to help guide you as well. 



We request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any of the following issues - defects, damages, or the receipt of an incorrect item - please reach out to us promptly. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to resolve the matter and ensure your satisfaction.


Eligible Products for Return

Are in the same condition you received them (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor)

Items must be returned within 5 days of the order delivered date (the date the item was delivered at your shipping address).

To process a return, If your return is authorized, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without approval to send back for return will not be accepted.



Non-returnable items

We regret that we cannot accept returns for the following ineligible products:


- Items with cut or damaged frontal lace.

- Products that have been worn or treated with hair styling products.

- Items that have been altered or damaged, no longer in their original condition.

- Custom orders, Pre-Orders, accessories, or add-on services.

- Any products purchased alongside [Include specific conditions or products for this category].


Please note that these exceptions are in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding.





Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that a flat fee of $150 serves as a restocking charge and will be deducted from the total amount paid prior to refund. 


Additionally, it's important to understand that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We will, however, offer a shipping label to facilitate the return process.


Refund Processing


Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return. Following this, allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. Please be aware that any potential delays in the refund reaching your account may be attributed to the policies and processing times of your financial institution.
